The apartment,  completely  independent, belongs to a small residence seafront located; its entrance gate is just 10mt to the beach. It is really comfortable expecially for family with young children. 

   The 38sqm apartment, non-smoking, is in excellent condition, equipped with every comfort, and it consists of:

• a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed,

• a bedroom with a double bed,

• a small bedroom with a single small bed for kids,

• a bathroom with bidet and shower,

• a 25sqm private terrace well equipped with table, chairs, beach umbrella and deckchairs.

The bedroom and the living room are equipped with openings on the terrace. The small bedroom is without openings to the outside.

    Standard capacity is four+one people. Guests enjoy free use of canoe, bicycles and internet wifi.
